Starry Nights Music in the Park Hosts Last Performance of the Season

The St. Marys Convention & Visitors Bureau is proud to present Starry Nights, Music In The Park on Saturday, September 14th  from 7-9pm at the St. Marys Waterfront Park.

The Starry Nights series is designed to showcase local and regional artists “under the stars.” The superior outdoor venue along the St. Marys River provides a nostalgic feeling of family and community and is always a free and family friendly event.

Bring your lawn chairs and your dancing shoes! You can grab a bite to eat in historic downtown St. Marys or enjoy a picnic dinner during the event.

The featured act for September is the Just Jazz Quartet who provide a sophisticated and enjoyable performance with classics from Miles Davis, Duke Ellington and more!  For more information call the St. Marys Welcome Center at 912-882-4000.

Not only the recognition of African American contributions to this country, but the continuation
of educating non Black, that respect and dignity should be shown at all times. In the educational
realms of our schools Professional Development is still needed for cultural, racial and colorism
understanding of teachers.
